SYNROZ products are meticulously designed to deliver precision measurement and robust performance in demanding operational environments. Key advantages include:

Our Product

Differential Pressure Gauges

DP gauges are widely used in measuring air, gas, or liquids in applications like filter monitoring, cleanroom control, and HVAC systems. They provide reliable, repeatable differential pressure readings with a precise analogue indication that does not require electrical power.  These gauges have additional built-in switches or transmitters for alarm or remote monitoring functions.

Differential Pressure Indicators

A magnetic differential pressure (DP) indicator is a specialised instrument used primarily on filter systems to monitor the pressure drop across the filter element and provide a visual or, in some cases, an electrical signal when the filter is becoming clogged.

Precision Diaphragm Cylinders

A diaphragm cylinder is a linear actuator that uses a flexible diaphragm instead of a piston to convert pneumatic pressure into linear motion.

These diaphragm cylinders eliminating the sliding friction and wear associated with traditional piston cylinders to provide high sensitivity, repeatability, and low maintenance.

Diaphragm cylinders produce smooth, precise linear movements and can deliver accurate forces for tasks such as clamping, positioning, web tensioning systems, automotive components, fluid control and various automated processes.

General working principle

Differential Pressure Gauge

Pressure inputs

A DP gauge has two pressure ports, designated as high (H) and low (L). These ports are connected to the two points in a process system where the pressure difference needs to be measured.

Sensing element

A flexible component, such as a diaphragm, piston, or bellows, is positioned between the high and low-pressure chambers. This element separates the two pressure zones.

Translation of movement

A mechanical linkage or magnetic coupling transfers the movement of the sensing element to the gauge's display.

Display

The pointer on the gauge's dial moves across a calibrated scale, indicating the differential pressure. In digital versions, a transducer converts the element's movement into an electrical signal that is shown on a digital readout.

General working principle

Precision Diaphragm Cylinder

Extension

When compressed air is supplied to one side of the diaphragm, it deflects, pushing the diaphragm and its attached piston rod outward.

Actuation

The extended piston rod then performs its intended function, such as clamping a workpiece.

Retraction

When the air pressure is released or redirected to the opposite side of the diaphragm, the diaphragm returns to its original, less-deflected shape. This retracts the piston rod, preparing the cylinder for the next cycle.
